A quiet space for busy minds
At St. Peter’s Church, we recognise the impact our wellbeing has on ourselves and those around us. This group is aimed at supporting people in feeling well and whole.
Please be aware that we are not mental health professionals, and this is not a counselling service. This is a group of people in our church community that want to use their gifts, such as their own experiences, faith, listening and creativity, to help others.
The sessions include time to connect with one another and activities such as listening to worship music, meditations and using scripture to remind us we are never alone.
If you feel the support of this group would benefit you, please join us – we would love to meet with you and understand how we can support you.
The wellbeing group meet monthly on Thursday evenings, 8.00pm, at St. Peter’s Church.
