St. Peter’s Church is located in the village of Yaxley, just south of the city of Peterborough off the A1. Church Street is a short walk from Main Street and Broadway.

How do I get to St. Peter’s?

By Car
If travelling from the A15, London Rd you will reach a crossroads. When you reach the crossroads in Yaxley, turn into Yaxley and onto Broadway. Take the immediate right turn onto Dovecote Lane. At the end of Dovecote Lane, follow the road round to the left onto Church Street. Continue past the Bus Stop and take the second right turn into the church car park.

If travelling from Stanground/Farcet, follow Broadway until you reach the crossroads. Take the left turn, Dovecote Lane, just before the crossroads. At the end of Dovecote Lane, follow the road round to the left onto Church Street. Continue past the Bus Stop and take the second right turn into the church car park.

By Bus – Bus number 5 stops right outside St. Peter’s on Church Street.

Where can I park?
We have a good number of parking spaces within our church car park, which are available for anyone to use. We also have some disabled spaces for anyone with a Blue Badge. Should the car park be full, you can park on Church Street or Waterslade Road. Please just make sure you park on the same side of the street as the church as it helps keep traffic flowing.
